Without
hesitation, I recommend Trident for anyone’s
remodeling needs.
From initial estimate to final walk-through to 1-year
warranty, Trident has consistently provided expertise,
communication, and customer service. Trident is very
knowledgeable about not only construction, but forms
requested by mortgage companies, how the payment process
works, and house insurance, in general. In addition,
there is a presence of work ethic, integrity, and efficiency
throughout the process.
After our house fire, Labor Day weekend, we got several
estimates. Trident responded in a very timely manner,
in comparison to other contactors. They presented us
with an estimate for our review. We requested some
minor changes/additions, the contract was immediately
amended, and returned to us for final acceptance.
Once the contract was signed, production started. Excellent
communication was given throughout the remodeling process.
There were regular consultations for styles, preferences,
upgrades, and updates on the remodeling status, in
general.
The damage to our house was extensive. Trident managed
to restore it to its natural state plus the necessary
and requested upgrades. No one would ever know the
house survived a fire.
Because of the efficiency in the scheduling of work
crews, and the blessing of good weather, our house
was completed 2 weeks before the estimated completion
date. For us, that meant, before Christmas. We were
very pleased, indeed!
We continue to enjoy our home, and admire the craftsmanship
and efforts that went into the renovation. Trident
helped us transition back to our “life-before-the-fire”.

Such a Blessing after Hurricane Ike!
We cannot say enough about this Contractor who fixed
our floor & fence after Hurrican Ike. We did
contract our insurance compnay first to get the ball
rolling but Trident handled everything right after
that. We were thoroughly impressed with the first
consulation when Mike came out to our home and scoped
out the damage that needed to be fixed. Trident was
essential during the entire prcess, keeping a line
of communication between us, the insurance company,
and the crews that came out to fix our roof and fence.
We appreciated their work ethics through the entire
process. Thanks Trident!

Thanks Trident for Job Well Done!
The Melchor job was re-inspected due to its placement
on the Critical Repair list. I met with Cecil from
Trident General Contracting onsite to review the
repairs and to provide some much needed face time.
Shortly after arrival I received a call from the
homeowner who wanted me to inform Senior Management
of his absolute enthusiasm with the First Choice
Repair Program. From the first phone call from First
Choice, the original Contractor, Field Supervision
Department, the Customer Resolution Department, and
the new warranty Contractor; he has been made to
feel as though the repair to his home was of the
utmost priority. He complimented the professionalism
demonstrated by everyone throughout our organization,
primarily; Trident General Contracting, advising
this exemplary experience is a rare quality to find
in today's business world, especially when dealing
with home repair warranty concerns. I advised the
homeowner of the First Choice Repair Program's "I-CARE" philososhy
and the homeowner was amazed to see this philosophy
taken to heart and applied in a practical manor stating
he felt as though we really did care for him, his
family, and property as though it were ours.
Excellent work TRIDENT for hitting a home run for the
program!!!!

performed by Trident on two of our buildings at the
Southlake Church of Christ. You were very helpful in
working with us and the insurance company to accurately
assess hail damage we had received. When you told us
the time frame you estimated to complete the work,
I thought it would be a challenge to finish when you
predicted; but, your crews completed the work even
quicker than estimated. We were also pleased with the
thorough cleanup that took place.
